By accessing or using Spartan Pest Control services or website, contacting us, or scheduling service, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Service Scope
   Spartan Pest Control provides pest control services for residential and commercial clients in Michigan. Services may include exterior and/or interior treatments, depending on the selected service type. Results may vary depending on pest species, environmental conditions, and property factors. Treatments are designed to reduce pest activity, not guarantee permanent elimination.
   

2. Pricing & Payments
   Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices may vary based on property size, pest pressure, and service complexity. Accepted payment methods include card, Apple Pay, PayPal, and other digital options. Some may incur processing fees. Late payments may be subject to additional charges. Failure to pay may result in suspension of future services.
   

3. Estimates & Scheduling
   Estimates may be provided verbally, in writing, or electronically. Pricing may change based on site conditions discovered during service. Appointment times are approximate and subject to adjustment.
   

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
   Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may result in a service fee.
   

5. Property Access & Preparation
   Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to treatment areas and following any preparation instructions. Spartan Pest Control is not responsible for reduced effectiveness due to blocked access, unprepared areas, pets, or weather.
   

6. Safety & Pets
   Customers must inform Spartan Pest Control of any pets, aquariums, or sensitive areas before service. Treated areas should remain undisturbed until fully dry.
   

7. Weather & Environmental Factors
   Outdoor services may be affected by rain, temperature, or other uncontrollable environmental factors. Follow-up services may be recommended if treatment effectiveness is reduced due to weather.
   

8. Service Guarantee
   Spartan Pest Control offers a 30-day service guarantee on applicable treatments. If pest activity continues within 30 days, a follow-up visit may be provided when reasonable proof of activity is available (e.g., visual presence, photos, or inspection findings).
   

The guarantee does not apply to:

• New infestations

• Untreated areas

• Conditions that contribute to pest activity (e.g., moisture, sanitation, or structural issues)

• Situations outside the scope of the original service
  

9. Limitation of Liability
   Spartan Pest Control is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing structural issues

• Damage caused by pests prior to service

• Conditions outside treated areas

• Acts of nature, weather, or third-party interference

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

10. Website Use
    Content on the Spartan Pest Control website is for informational purposes only. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee completeness or timeliness. Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction of website content is prohibited.
    

11. Right to Refuse Service
    We reserve the right to refuse service for unsafe conditions, non-payment, or uncooperative behavior.
    

12. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
    

13. Changes to Terms
    We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
